We are pleased to have received various new commissions including:
- Retirement Apartments in Sheffield
- Bespoke dwellings in Beauchief
- Further restoration works to historic Grade 2 and 2* Listed commercial buildings along High Street in Rotherham, in partnership with the Heritage Lottery Fund and Rotherham Borough Council
- Conversion and extension of Grade 2 Listed School Rooms into a dwelling house
The new restaurant ‘The Pointing Dog’ at Cheadle Hulme for an established client is up and running with the client reporting excellent reviews at their opening night. The design transforms and extends an existing tired building in the Green Belt into a unique contemporary dining venue.
The practice is delighted to have received Reserved Matters Planning Approval for a development of 147 no. dwellings and 10 no. apartments in Hemsworth, near Pontefract. 14 no. townhouses built to Code Level 3 for Sustainable Homes have been recently completed on an adjacent site with a further 25 no. dwellings currently under construction.
Work has also started on site for a large bespoke detached dwelling in Dore, Sheffield. The modern design includes a double height glazed space over the family dining area in the heart of the dwelling.
