Phase 1, of the Station Quarter, Corby housing scheme, developed by Self, has been completed

Phase 1 of the scheme, with 50 apartments has just been completed. Phases 2 is under construction with 100 apartments due for completion in 2023.

The development consists of three 4 storey blocks facing Station Road and reinforcing the streetscape and providing 150 1 and 2 bed apartments. The blocks wrap the Northern edge of the site, with a central entrance into the site to the enclosed landscape and parking to the South. A refined understated palette of materials is used with a predominate buff brick and highlight dark brown brick, with vertically aligned full height windows with Juliet balconies to living rooms. Self has developed the design from planning and is delivering the project through the technical and construction stages.
