We have built a reputation over many years working with RSL's, local authorities, housebuilders and private developers to deliver a variety of different types of homes for social housing, rental and open market sale. Our projects vary from low-rise to high-rise and cover all specialisms within a growing market.
Our approach is to produce high-quality designs with a strong narrative, while at the same time achieving the best commercial outcome. We have created a new range of individual house types for several clients, depending on the brief and the need to address a particular issue. Recently, we generated 10 new houses which were a response to the need for ‘multi-generational’ living.
Recently, our work has been growing in the field of later living. We have designed a number of projects suited to extra care, assisted living and nursing homes for a range of clients, covering all stages of the design process from inception to completion.
We carry out thorough research into the site itself and the planning history, whilst seeking to deliver a scheme that maximises the development opportunity.
