Self Architects were glad to show our support for the recent Construction Tour de Cornwall sponsoring the official cycling shirts for an epic 3-day ride covering 320km from Penzance to Plymouth via Land's End and the small matter of almost 6000m of elevated climbs.

Working alongside the 11 Foundation, founded by former Chelsea and England footballer Joe Cole and his wife Carly, Pristine London Construction Group and London AC Limited organised the event to raise funds to show our industry's appreciation for the incredible dedication and hard work of our NHS during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With final donations still coming in, the tour has raised almost £50,000 for the 11 Foundation’s NHS Garden’s Initiative, created to address elevated mental health issues and cases of PTSD experienced by NHS staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Alongside former professional footballers Joe Cole, Wayne Bridge, and Steve Sidwell, we must congratulate all of our construction industry friends and colleagues who completed the ride, including our Trebbi colleague Tony Hewitt (FHP Managing Director, pictured below at Land's End) who personally raised just over £3,000 in sponsorship.

Thanks to all who supported this event and contributed to this most worthy cause!
