Self Receive Planning Approval for Industrial Development

Self Architects has just received planning approval to another development for Priority Space in Consett, County Durham.  This scheme provides for 14 individual industrial units, ranging in size from 1200 to 2500 square feet with associated parking on a site in Villa Real, Consett.

The mass of the development has been broken into three individual blocks to reduce the impact of the development on the site.

By increasing the potential for further employment within the area, which is already well-served by local amenities and transport network, the proposed development of this site will help to support their long-term success and the sustainability of this urban centre.
