Self developed an exciting retail and residential scheme gaining approval for the redevelopment of three sites in the centre of Hoyland of:

  • Redevelopment of existing Hoyland Town Hall offices, change of use of two floors of office space to apartments, construction of a new Boyes store and 2 retail units, and provision of 30 market stalls with contemporary lightweight glazed kiosks for the relocated Hoyland Market.
  • Relocation of the existing Hoyland Market, making way for a new retail park and car park.
  • Creation of a new 79 space public car park with ECV charging point.
