Self Architects have designed three sites at the Magna 34 Industrial Estate for Jaguar Estates of varying unit site. The largest site 4 is completed and occupied and consist of a 3,282m2 single unit, of two 8+m high portal spans and clad in a dark grey composite panel. The building includes a two-storey office element and parking for 67 cars. Site 5 and the combined Sites 1, 2 & 3 are under construction. Site 5 provides a single unit of 525m2. Sites 1, 2 & 3 provide 13 units of 240-315m2.
