Newland & Newton House have been totally reconfigured and refurbished for iQ Student Accommodation, in Nottingham. The schemes have centred on the creation of an additional 15 studios and the refurbishment of all the existing 339 bedrooms.
New amenity spaces were also created of games areas, cinema room and study lounges, a larger communal laundry and shared kitchen and ‘Come Dine With Me’ spaces. All the interiors have been given a fresh vibrant makeover to make the accommodation an attractive and desirable student home.
Maximising Existing Student Accommodation
Newland & Newton House join several Self student housing projects, which demonstrate our stills in maximising an existing student block, by reconfiguring the accommodation to generate more beds, as well as extending the buildings to add additional accommodation. The accommodations design is substantially upgrades through the design of our interior designers, to create fresh and vibrant environments.
