Self Architects have designed an industrial starter unit development in County Durham aimed at providing a further jobs and skills boost to the local economy.

The scheme under construction on Consett Business Park will deliver 14 industrial starter units to buy or let, ranging in size from 1250-2000sqft., aimed primarily at supporting new and grow-on business use.
